I was stuck, my expenses were more than I could handle. I have some income but my property taxes were too high and my mortgage payment was really what was putting me in the red with social security and my part time income not being enough. My kids wanted me to sell and move into a Co-Op, but I would have had to get rid of my dogs. My dogs are the only thing that makes me happy . I got a reverse mortgage credit line and I kept my house and my dogs and I am happy. I still have a large line of credit if I ever need it.
